Room Reservations

We have a variety of spaces available to members of the Tufts Community. Our room reservation wizard is currently unavailable due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Study Rooms

Study rooms are not reservable. Access to rooms is on a first-come, first-served basis for groups, who may ask lone occupants to vacate. Rooms unoccupied for more than 15 minutes become available even if belongings remain in the room. Faculty and staff may reserve sixth or seventh floor study rooms for curriculum-related events by contacting the Library Administration Office.

5th Floor Collaboration Rooms

Currently, reservations are not accepted. Rooms may be used on a first come, first served basis.

Classrooms

Classrooms may be booked through Tufts Space and Resource Reservation System.

Allan D. Callow Room/ Special Collections (MEB 603)

Medical Education Building (MEB) room 603 may be available for Tufts-affiliated faculty and staff to use for meetings or curriculum-related events. Please contact Library Administration Office for more information.
