About the Library
We have a variety of spaces available to members of the Tufts Community. Use this wizard to guide you through the options available to you.
Groups of 2 or more may book a collaboration room on the 5th floor for course-related assignments such as projects or presentations.
Each room is equipped with a projection screen and white board.
To reserve a collaboration room, you must book online by midnight the day before by visiting http://tufts.libcal.com/booking/hhsl.
Access to unreserved rooms is on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to groups.
Use of study rooms on the 7th floor of the Library is on a first-come, first-served basis. Groups may ask lone occupants to vacate.
Rooms unoccupied for more than 15 minutes become available even if belongings remain in the room.

There are tables throughout the floor and a large communal quiet study room.

Please contact Anna Milyaeva at anna.milyaeva@tufts.edu with the dates of your fundraiser and the name of your student organization. All requests must be received at least two business days in advance.

Teaching Assistants may reserve a computer lab for classes up to 25 students by contacting hhsl-rooms@tufts.edu. Please provide the course number for your class when making your request.
Students can't book a computer lab but may use the space when a class is not in session.
Availability of computer labs may be viewed through the Tufts Space and Resource Reservation System.
A list of software available in each library computer lab can be found on the Tufts University Software List.
Students only have viewing privileges in this system.
Contact your Office of Student Affairs with requests for booking spaces for student organizations or events.

Hirsh Health Sciences Library has two computer labs available for instructional use. Medical Education Building room 510 has 12 computers and room 514 has 25 computers. Each room also has an instructor workstation.
To reserve a computer lab, follow the reservation process by visiting the Tufts Space and Resource Reservation System. For "Setup Type", ensure that you choose the "As Is" option.
We recommend booking computer labs in advance. We cannot guarantee same day reservations.
