Network and Wi-Fi Access in the Library

The Hirsh Health Sciences Library offers internet-accessible computers: there are public computers on the 4th and 5th floors, computer labs on the 5th floor, and laptops available for checkout from the Library Service Desk.

Computer and Mobile Device Support

Tufts Technology Services provides in-person and remote support for members of the Tufts Community. 

For 24/7 assistance, on or off campus, you can contact the Tufts Technology Services (TTS) Support Desk at it@tufts.edu or 617-627-3376.

Tufts Accounts and Passwords

For off-campus access to library resources (i.e. library databaseselectronic journals), you will need to use your Tufts Username and Password. Once you have a Tufts Username and Password, please see Get Started with Access for more information about accessing library resources.
